The staff is competent and the rooms are good-sized and newly remodelled. The bathrooms are nice, and the facilities are excellent. The beds are perfect, and the view of the Philadelphia skyline is gorgeous.

Suits for short stay, can't help but recommend. This hotel is nicely decorated and has updated rooms with competent staff.

The manager was extremely helpful resolving my booking error. The front desk staff was friendly and also helpful with any issue that arose. Restaurant and personnel there were tip-top. Bellman got me a cab and loaded my luggage in amazing speed.

Location was not convenient to down town or to airport but bus service was great.

I had a good sleep in the king room with a wonderful view of the Philadelphia skyline. The location was excellent, right next to restaurants and shopping malls. Self-parking was available at $12 per day.

Every member of the staff we interacted with were the most friendly, personable, and professional people we have had the pleasure of meeting in such a long time, and at numerous locations. This location will be our destination for all future trips to the Philadelphia area.

We have no complaints of any sort, except for the weather. When you figure out how to control that for your customers you'll have it all! Until then your staff are doing an excellent job.

Great spot for exploring West Philadelphia, just a short stroll to restaurants and bars in the area. Easy access to both downtown and the city center from here. The staff is super polite and professional 👌.

Reasonably priced place for short stay with great view of the reservoir and Philly skyline. Amazing beds, satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe in the room. A bath in the bathroom.

The hotel was a great home base for a short stay. Everything was modern and my room was well-appointed. The location was perfect and excellent, close to restaurants and bars. I enjoyed having coffee at Corner Bakery Cafe, which was just a 5-minute walk away.

The shower backed up a we had to change rooms to get clean. The problem was the staff was ill equipped to handle that simple task which delayed our historic tour and to this day the manager couldn't even call things make things nice. Retrain the whole staff including top dog. Make the Hilton name mean something!

This is surely the best fantastic central hotel. Competent staff. Newly remodelled rooms. The hotel has an amazing restaurant with EXCELLENT meals. When I am in Philadelphia, I like staying here.

Another note about the breakfast. .. make sure they give you the coupon. They did not give meine, even though I specifically selected it and paid $20 extra on the rate on Booked.net. Also had peeling paint on the shower ceiling.
